TESPLUS x DoHome Subtrunk Portable Refrigerator

My unit which cost almost $700, does not cool! Thats literally the only thing it’s supposed to do, and it doesn’t. I set 39 degrees each night and when I check in the morning, it’s all the way up to 66 degrees! Why?? I sent a letter to their service department to explain to me why and how to fix this issue. If its not fixed, I will return it and get a full refund Not that impressed so far in the first week I’ve had it.
