Almost all supplements make my stomach hurt. It’s just I have a highly sensitive stomach and these do not at all and I feel so much better ever since I’ve started taking them!

I’ve been taking these supplements for a bit now, and one of the biggest reasons I chose them is that they’re recommended by Dr. Stacy Sims. I really appreciate her research and focus on women’s health, so that gave me a lot of confidence in trying them. What I like most is that these are actually formulated specifically for women. It feels good knowing they’re designed with our different nutritional and hormonal needs in mind—something a lot of standard supplements don’t really address. I also love that the doses are split between morning and evening. It makes it feel more intentional and optimized for absorption, rather than just taking everything at once. As for results, I can’t say I’ve noticed a dramatic difference yet—but I also understand that supplements can be more about supporting long-term health than creating immediate, obvious changes. For me, it’s more about trusting the formulation and consistency over time. Overall, I feel good about taking them and like that they’re aligned with a more female-focused approach to nutrition.
