Alocasia Loco "Rare Plant"

Disappointed yet AGAIN!!

Disappointed yet again with their Customer service! I placed an order for 5 4" Alocasia Locos. These were purchased for RESALE. They had ALL been pre-sold to my customers. TWO of the 5 plants were nearly 3" smaller than the other 3! Because of this, I had to refund my customers EACH $20. I reached out to Customer Service the DAY I received the order, which was ONE week ago, and they have FAILED to respond in ANY way! I advised them, via email, that this survey was waiting in my inbox and that I would give them 24 hrs, to respond, and then, I was going to give an HONEST review. That was 48 hours ago, and still, ZERO response. Though most of the plants I buy from here are exceptional, their CUSTOMER SERVICE is very, very BAD!! EVERY time I have had an issue, it takes me WEEKS to get ANY sort of a response. I think this last LARGE order, is going to have to be my last. I will source my plants ELSEWHERE. I gave you multiple chances to do the right thing, Coollective. Now, I am done.

My plant arrive happy and healthy! I've only had ONE instance of my plants not arriving healthy and it was during VERY cold weather!

Products are always top notch. Collective plants is highly recommended. The speed of delivery is awesome. I have ordered several plants and no issues. Very fast delivery!
