Not for me
I have not noticed any changes in my hair or nail and im in the second bottle. Its a shame but I don't think it's works for me. I don't know how long i need to try it for it to work but 1 or 2 months is not enough time for me maybe. I do enjoy taking it every day though. It's nice.
