It’s a simple process to incorporate Detox Desserts swaps into your favorite dessert recipe, all you do is swap you sugar, egg, butter, flour with DD swap… and just like that, you have a nutrient dense baked goodness that will satiate any sweet tooth. I Love baking/cooking with DD swaps, plus all of Dr. Alexis recipes are so yummy and easy to follow with detailed instructions. My 2 favorite DD recipes are, Dairy-Free Peanut Butter Cookies & Blueberry Muffin Recipe. I also made fresh cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving and used DD sugar swap and the cranberry sauce was wonderful, with no sugar!
