Perfect, if not for Fedex.

The seat, and company, customer service were amazing. I give all of those 5 stars. I however only gave the review 4 because they used FedEx for shipping which ultimately led to lots of delays, phone calls with FedEx, lies, and a slightly scratched and damaged seat outside of its original box. I was refunded for part of it and the shipping so A+ to the customer support team.
