Faulty Injector Sent and Misrepresentation of OEM Status
Because you knowingly sent me a bad injector when you were aware that you only had one good unit in stock, I ended up losing valuable time and had to pay an additional $800 out of pocket. This situation was completely avoidable, and your decision directly caused me financial loss. The issue was obvious immediately—you could clearly tell the difference between the bad injector and the good one. Additionally, you are advertising these injectors online as OEM and backed by a Cummins warranty, yet there is no evidence that these injectors are genuine Cummins OEM units. If these injectors are rebuilt by your company, that needs to be clearly disclosed. Selling them as OEM without proper documentation or proof is misleading. I expect this matter to be addressed promptly, including compensation for the unnecessary costs I incurred and clarification regarding how these injectors are being represented and sold.I would be nice if yuo take responsibility and at least reimburse for some of the extra expenses I had to pay
