Great protein drinks

I tried these on a whim and they have been amazing. I have turned quite a few of my family members on to these as they taste great. They are also very refreshing and hey, you get your protein in! Why not!! Being that they are protein, I did have a harder time getting them to mix as I was with any protein powders. But I have found that a double head frother works AMAZING. As well as using a bit warmer water and just upping the ice level. I have every flavor to date and it's so easy just to order replacements when mine run low. I put mine in containers so it's easier to use and store. I walk around with my bottle all the time having family try my different flavors if they haven't already. Have not found a better one that I like for every day drinking.

The Protein I wish I knew about from the start!

When I started my process for Bariatric surgery, I knew that protein drinks would become a huge part of my life. I struggled to find the perfect one, some were too bitter, some too slimy, some too gritty. It wasn’t until I finally found Oath that I knew I had found my protein powder soul mate. I have tried so many flavors and have not found a flavor I do not like! They are refreshing, full of flavor and honestly take like drinking a high quality juice. Do yourself a favor, stop trying all the different protein drinks and just go to Oath, your taste buds and your body will thank you!
