I’ve been a fan of Hydramama since my first pregnancy four years ago. The drinks are refreshing, convenient for travelling and they taste great. During pregnancy sickness and breastfeeding Hydramama has been a lifesaver! Tropical and Passionfruit & Orange flavours are my favourites 🍊

Super quenching

As a first time, breastfeeding, postpartum mama that struggles to drink water as it is, the tropical flavour hits hard! Super refreshing and not sickly sweet like other hydrating drinks on the market. Have repurchased this flavour a few times now. Hydramama saw me through my pregnancy, labour, delivery and now on my breastfeeding journey. Highly recommend 🙏

Refreshing boost!

I've been drinking Hydramama Tropical every evening before bed for a while now, and it's become a genuine staple in my routine. The tropical flavour is light and refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial-tasting - a nice change from a lot of other hydration drinks out there. As a breastfeeding mum, staying properly hydrated and replenished matters more than ever, and this has honestly made a noticeable difference. It's become part of my wind-down routine, and I love that I can end the day knowing I've given my body something good.
