Favourite flavour

This has become a part of my daily routine since pregnancy and now 5 months post partum and breastfeeding. Definitely feel a difference in myself having these. Love the tropical flavour!

So refreshing. Not a strong flavour but just enough. Love having this every morning before my tea. And loving this for the gym too. Makes me drink more water too. Definitely getting more of this flavour for summer too!

The perfect healthy cocktail replacement 🍍

Hydramama has honestly saved me this pregnancy. In my first trimester, I couldn’t stomach plain water, and having this lovely, subtle tropical flavour made it so much easier to stay hydrated when water was the last thing I wanted. I’m now in my third trimester, and I genuinely think these sachets have been a huge reason I’ve managed to stay so hydrated throughout my pregnancy. This flavour is so refreshing without being overly sweet or artificial. Perfect to take out to dinner when you’re over the sugary mocktails or don’t want anything carbonated. It’s a new flavour and it’s definitely a favourite! 💕
