StridrEdge: Adjustable Weighted Vest Workout Equipment with Reflective Stripe

This is the second 12 pound weighed vest that I have ordered from Westfield Retailers in the past 3 months. Both vests were listed as a' one size fits all' but curiously the first one is much larger/roomier than this second one. I prefer the way the second one fits but am accepting the first one since I 'didn't know better'.

I truly adore this weighted vest. It helps me keep track of my progress working maintenance as welll as working out in the gym. I highly recommend trying it out for yourself.

This is my first time wearing any type of weights when walking. I really feel like I doing more than “just walking” my 6 miles a day! Thinking of upgrading to a heavier one and wearing the 12 pound at the office.
