Great product, horrible shipping!

This is a great product. Equally as good as a Kurt swivel base. Nicley machined. The issue I have with this is poor shipping. This plate weighs roughly 25lbs. It was shipped in a single layer cardboard box. Needless to say, it arrived damaged, paint chipped and slightly rusty. I contacted KAKA customer service several times, but no reply. This is the third item I have ordered from KAKA and each item has arrived damaged. Makes me think twice about ordering from them again. It's a shame because some of their tools are really decent and reasonable priced.
