White 7 Panel Snapback Hat

I have not received my item after 1 month and even worse is that I have attempted to contact them 3 times on the order update and have heard NOTHING back at all and I don’t even know how to call them, only email. They were recommended by the Ute Fan Faithful group but now I’m just feeling like it’s a scam.
