Almost invisible on beige vinyl

This is my first ever attempt at fixing cracking marine vinyl. I used the chem screen over the defects to reinforce on the visible side. Using chem screen reminds me of working with epoxy coated thin fiberglass layup, except it’s more forgiving. It’s surprised me how once wet how the chem screen cloth almost disappears into the heat setting adhesive.
