Navy Blue Shell Cordovan

This is my second time ordering from Veblenist. I now have several of their straps, and they are among my favorites. I enjoy the color/pattern offerings, and the quality is excellent. However, I have an outstanding portion of an order well beyond its expected delivery date. I reached out and received a "Let me look into it email" from customer service, but nothing further. I have reached out again, and have not received a response. If I had received at least some notification of a delay, then I'd be somewhat satisfied. Since I've not heard further, I am not sure that I'd order again in future.

I ordered this strap to replace the strap the watch came with as I was not happy with several aspects of it even though it was brand new. As usual, the strap from Veblenist was delivered ahead of time, despite customisation. The quality of the strap was perfect in every way, including the full border stitching which is very even and consistent. The customised size of the tongue slot and holes it so I could fit my IWC buckle are perfect. The Cordovan leather is something you have to see to fully appreciate, and due to the nature of it, it is very versatile allowing the watch to take on a dressier appearance, while also being entirely suitable for casual wear.
