A nightmare to return

They are thicker than I thought and worn once and starting to bobble, I’ve sent multiple emails to try and send them back and there phone line and live chat doesn’t work, I didn’t receive an email with order number but I just can’t get hold of them really bad customer service.

Hi my girlfriend wanted a nice fitting leggings to go with her new top to go on holiday abroad in the evenings,and these were perfect fit. My partner was so impressed she has ordered another pair(different colour)The delivery was fast and delivered to our door
