Very disappointed not to be able to return sale items
I wrote to Customer Service and never hear back. I love this line and have bought it for years in stores. I didn’t see the message that sale items are not returnable. It can’t be very obvious on the check out page, because being 6’ tall, I never buy items I can’t return. I’m now stuck with two items and a bill for $116. Would you like to make an exception to your rule and keep me a a very good and promoting customer? Thanks
