Product itself is fantastic. Does not disappoint, glides effortless, sturdy and feels quality and worth the price. However, customer service is off to a rocky start. Impossible to get a response. Messaged via email (no live chat, or phone number available) 3x in 3 weeks. Makes me concerned if you should need help with your product, process a return or redeem the warranty. IG team was more responsive but those teams dont talk to eachother. So no one could help me and had no clue where my order was. Ordered on day 1 right after site went live…just received now nearly 4 weeks later. Hopefully just growing pains, but so far we like the product.

Obsessed with Skoot product. My 3yo loves the skooter and little attachment for her baby to ride along.
