Item purchased isn’t items that were sent or described on listing. 1 is broken off on back. Quality isn’t what I expected..hoping the issue can be rectified..

I am obsessed with the ribbon im ordering more now. The charms are beautiful but unfortunately, one of the gorgeous rhinestone Chanel charms arrived with the top part of the C broken off. Im assuming this happened during shipping so still 5 stars from me 💛💛💛
