Customer Service - Battery Replacement
The Illumiflow team was incredibly responsive when I contacted them regarding a dead battery. Helped me troubleshoot and then sent me a replacement. It is refreshing when you can talk to a real person and get responses quickly. Back running now. Thanks customer service!
