Strolee Double Strollerᵛ²

The first time we used it, we discovered that the brake was broken due to a bent rod. After contacting customer service, a replacement part was sent.However, the issues did not stop there. On the second day of our Disney trip, the stroller’s buckle failed and would not latch properly, causinga serious safety concern, as my two-year-old was able to climb out of the stroller. Even after moving my three-month-old to that seat, the buckle continued to unlatch unexpectedly, making it unsafe for either child to use. Because the stroller could no longer be used safely, we were forced to rent a stroller from Disney during our trip despite having already spent $500 on your product. I contacted customer service while still on vacation to report the issue and seek a resolution. It has now been over a month since our trip, and I have received little communication and no meaningful assistance. The lack of urgency regarding a product with multiple safety-related defects is extremely disappointing.

Its so incredibly smooth, fits my two kids well, and is so compact when folded! Its so light, and seems really well made. I love that it came with so many accessories too. Only cons I have are that its not easy to fold, the lap bars should stay upright when you open them, because you have to hold it open while trying to get your kid out. The basket underneath is pretty small. The shoulder straps are sewen into the seat in two spots which is restrictive for bigger kids (my son is only 3 but it puts the strap below hes shoulders already). Otherwise, its great!

Great quality! Easy to open/close and pushes like a dream even with 70 lbs/2 kids riding in it!
