The fan did not work when we first installed it, but the company was fantastic and sending us the replacement part. They didn’t charge us for shipping the second part, and we did not have to send the bad part back. I love the size of the fan, it works well in our bedroom to circulate the air coming from this vent near the ceiling. If I ever need another fan, I will consider this company first.
