Great product but deceptive shrinkflation

Yamaha changed the bottle to 20 ml and you charged the same price and advertised 30 ml. Was quite surprised when my order of 10 arrived. Trombone players usually have a good sense of humor. But this wasn't funny. It was false advertising.

While they basically ignored my emails, they did fulfill the order quickly and as described. But the ignoring the emails nearly unforgivable because if I had a serious issue, they showed that they won't acknowledge it. Makes me doubt if I will use them again.
