The Loom team have made our stationary experience wonderful. From the moment we ordered our save the dates right through to signs for the day, Lydia and Zoe have put us at ease. Their designs are wonderful, the turnaround is quick after ordering but quality is never compromised. I made an error in ordering my welcome sign and seating plan and Loom ensured my error was fixed quickly and posted out in time for our wedding. Brilliant Service

We ordered a few items from Loom and everything went smoothly and the quality of the products we excellent. This was until Parcel Force managed to lose two of our items, but the team at Loom couldn't have been more helpful and sent out replacements straight away. They have now arrived and we couldn't be more happy with them!
