Backcountry Lite Ball Head

Robust for its size

I wanted a light weight head for my spotter, with the capability to keep it secure in place. I have tried many other ball heads, and can say this one checks all of my marks. It easily adjusts and securely clamps down in place. I am extremely happy with my decision to go with Aziak!

Awesome product. a couple small complaints. The man pan screw tightens counter clockwise. Always turn it the wrong way first. Not intuitive. The rotate does not tighten enough making it hard to tighten onto the tripod. Comes loose at times.

Like it but the 360 knob sucks wish it had the adjustable lever. Gloves make it a bit hard to turn it. Biggest complaint is the Allen wrench NO wrench came with it and your allen set that comes with tripod are JUNK. I do not know who it producing them but they DO NOT fit. They literally turn before they tighten up which means the points on the wrench will round off or just strip out. I would have given it a 2 star but it is lite weight and works overall.
