The best thing about it this is that it gives you macros to follow. The actual equipment offers zero insight. It tells you the same information over and over and gives nothing personal. If you don't use it, you can still follow macros and get what you need without the useless machine.

Obviously one doesn’t work wothout the other. The app is easy to use.
