The pairing of the buttons to the shades was difficult and the instructions were no help and wrong. It should be clearly written that the P button on the old remote needs to be pressed twice. Finally got help from Claude. I have many SmartWings products and I like them all. But the pairing motions needed for ALL of them are cumbersome and confusing. For some you literally have to watch the seconds on my watch to know when it is 5 or 15. Anyway, I also like that you are expanding products and should aim for Home Assistant products.

This controller was easy to setup and really makes our shades feel more integrated to the overall house. I like having the wall control in addition to the remote that came with the shades.

Not only is it so convenient, but it looks really sleek. Easy to program and easy to use. Love that you can select multiple buttons at a time and program multiple blinds to one button.
