Guinness Beef Stew

Loved but needs improvement

Absolutely delicious! Has more of a soup consistency than what we think as stew. Peppery broth and very filling. Meat was tender. Virtually no potatoes eventhough its the first ingredient listed. I got about a tablespoon of potatoes. There were a few more carrots. I have another in the freezer. I will try the other one so I hope it's just a fluke. For the price it needs more vegetables.

Homemade taste, I added a little salt to bring out the flavors. I thought it was a bit expensive for the amount of food but it was filling and the quality is great.
