I liked the concho. That being said..the rest was a nightmare! After I ordered and paid in full, I was notified that thier would be no delivery until after I needed it. If I had known that I would not have purchased the concho! Then I received notification that it had shipped, then delivered, but it didn’t come! This is the second time I’ve received a delivery from shop that was not delivered! Then I get a text message from the company saying that they were so sorry, but the item I ordered was not even available to be delivered… out of stock. I then texted that I would like to be refunded. No response from the company! Then it was delivered… long past the date that I needed it. I ordered it in plenty of time to get it before my clients left for Tulsa! Again.. I was asked to pay upfront and then was notified that I would not get it because they were on vacation! So inappropriate
