When my order arrived badly damaged in transit (it must have taken quite some effort to crack a thick glass bottle & its cap), Amelia Nour’s customer service couldn’t have been better or faster. I emailed photos of the damage. Within the hour I’d had a phone call to confirm that a replacement would be sent right away (it arrived 2 days later, in perfect condition). I’d definitely recommend them as generally competitive on price, worthwhile offers/discounts and superb customer service.
