I love Cuyana's bags, which is why I finally ordered this strap after owning the relevant bag for several year.s Unfortunately, I ordered this strap over 2 weeks ago and still haven't received the item. I've reached out to customer service and was told it would be reshipped - they've been really helpful and hopefully I'll receive my item soon.

Best crossbody tote ever!
Love!!!! Lightweight, buttery soft leather, tons of room, and best of all a zipper!!!!! Worth every penny for me! The strap is comfortable I wear it as a crossbody. Fabulous as my everyday purse! Do not hesitate to purchase. Have the beautiful year round caramel color.
