The product is 5 stars but overall experience is 3 stars. I appreciate my product finally arriving, but it took 5 days even though it was shipped to California. Accordingly to Shipping Policy, it is typically 1 to 2 days. Customer Service was patient enough to answer me, and while he does not control USPS, but Arctic Refrigerant picked USPS as their delivery partner which is a reflection of the business. I do not think it right to presume that USPS will suddenly deliver it or they are not updating its website. I was fluster for many days because I had lined up work and was counting on the product to arrive on time.
