Bought a bottle back in April and was displeased with the bottle I received. The bottle had no sparkle at all and I ended up emailing them about it and they shipped a new bottle because mine wasn't right. I love the paint a lot and at $40 a bottle i have to say the fact they shipped me a new bottle that was right I have to give a 5 star rating for amazing customer service. (Pic below is first bottle I received. As you can see it wasn't right at all and when they seen the Pic in the email they sent the new bottle out right away)
