The first one I ordered got lost by USPS somehow, but CS sent out another one to me ASAP. Great customer service! (This stuff did cause a moderate amount of color transfer on my black Alice bag, so make sure to rub down whatever you use the Blackrock on REALLY well once it has absorbed into it.)
