doesn’t fit women

Excellent concept but overpriced for what you get. Also doesn’t stay in place and once it shifts it no longer snaps. I’ve tightened it to the point that I’ve lost circulation and it still moves on my arm/wrist. Will be trying to return.. I wanted so badly for this to be great.
