Hydrating Glow Toner with Jojoba & PHA

The effect that it has on my skin so hydrating and smooth I absolutely love this product

I LOVE this toner and I have tried several others- this one is my very favorite. The smell is wonderful-I wish all my products had the same scent. I use this 2+ times/day and it is consistently wonderful, leaves my skin looking and feeling fresh and healthy
