The doll itself it’s beautiful and well quality. My daughter’s eyes light up when she opened it Christmas morning. Hope Clara becomes her special childhood doll for many years to come. I had to knock off a star though for the company though. Signing up for the emails I had hoped to use my 10% off but wasn’t an option while the doll was on sale. Since at the time there was no note saying you couldn’t use it I feel like that was sketchy way to customer email sign up. Never have I seen a company not honor a discount code even while product was on sale. For that alone I doubt I would order another.
