Have been using it for 3 months now and it definitely works when it comes to reducing cravings. I also get an instant surge of energy after taking it. Was hoping it would help with weight loss but it helped more with maintaining my weight.

Great supplements that help with dampening cravings and overall digestion. Also give a nice little boost of energy. I go between one and two a day depending on how I’m feeling, but they definitely keep me on track whilst trying to cut down on refined sugar.
