a delicious, rich creamy sauce perfect for vegans like myself. I add rice, mustard, chopped onions and kale for a most satisfying meal (with some tofu added as well). It all cooks together in one pot and is a dream to clean afterwards. There is no sticky substance as you would have with dairy (something I gave up years ago and have not missed!). This is one of my three favorite sauces, all from Livwell. Thank you for creating these. Judith H.
