Chug Lid With Flexible Handle

Unused product that appears to be fine. I wanted to return it bc it’s more cost effective to buy a whole water bottle than the replacement lid. Unfortunately, the company does not provide free return labels. Returning the product back doesn’t make sense because the shipping cost is high. Yet another example as to why I don’t favor buying directly from a product’s company.
