The scent is to die for….

Mental stillness is one of my favorite. Having a roll on I now carry in my purse everywhere I go. Calm at my fingertips. Just to sit and smell with slow breathing is a great way to chill out. I rub on my chest, my wrists, my adrenal area right at bedtime . Oh lalathe best uplifting smell. Best night of sleep.
