Easy to use website for ordering. Quick delivery. Very well packaged with all parts marked for fairly easy assembly. At first, it can be a bit intimidating to assemble but just follow the instructions and be sure to unpack every box to ensure you have all parts. The sofa itself has a modern, clean look with an attractive outer fabric. Down and synthetic foam combines to make a fairly comfortable cushioning. The ottoman is perfect for turning the sofa into a chaise, however it is fairly heavy and would benefit by having wheels so it can more easily be moved when needed. Overall, a decent product, but in my opinion, a bit pricey.
