Travel Emergency Kit

I have purchased viamins from the Wellness Company many times and never had an issue. However I ordered this kit on May 16th and did not receive it until July 19th when i returned from my second summer trip that I originally ordered this for. I emailed the company multiple times and was told the rx meds were back ordered. The problem is there arent that many rx meds.3 months to recevie and then at least one RX medicine was provided 2x while another one was missing.If the company had said when ordering that meds were not available and that receipt would be in months not weeks, that would be ok so customers would know. Feels like they wanted the money first without the upfront knowledge of a very late produce arrival. Would not purchase this product again.

Product is as described, with all medications. What I disliked was the 8 weeks it took to receive. If in the beginning, I was told the correct timeframe, I would have not had an issue at all. I did reach out to them and they did respond, which was very nice!!

I would give this 5 stars if it didn’t take soooo long to receive. Customer service was good when I asked for status. They have added more pharmacies to fill orders, so hopefully people don’t have to wait long now. Easy process with the doctor too.
