I bought this on a whim and have used almost the whole jar already. It seems so basic but this flavor packed, incredibly high quality tomato powder is an amazing umami booster to everything I've added it to: sauteed zuchini, pasta bolognese, beef stew - anything i want to add a rich depth to has benefited from this powder. I haven't even tried to make soup by just adding water yet. This is a definite pantry staple for life in my kitchen.
