Edit: When contacted, the seller was prompt in addressing the quality issue and will make efforts to send a replacement. I will update the review once replacement has been received. Original : I am afraid that the quality of this type of collar has gone down. I order the same kind for my first dog (phoenix) a few months back and it turned out great. This one for my second dog, the lettering is embossed (not engraved like the first) and hard to see from far.
