The Toddler Box- 3 Months

My 2 year old and I have been LOVING our september box! She has two much older siblings that I homeschool, so she wants to have her own projects to work on, too. This is just perfect for her.

This company is not connected correctly with the shop so when you think you have cancelled your subscription, you in fact have not. They will charge you for the following months and auto renew a subscription that is not activate. The customer service will then blame it on the shop app only provide a partial refund and are quite condescending. They say they respond but I had to email through 2 seperate emails to even receive a reaponce and that still took longer than the two days stated in their auto email. The boxes have such cheap materials and require so much set up it isnt even fun for the parents by the end of set up to partake with their child. 100% a poorly ran business. Poorly put together for the ridiculous price. Do not waste your money. So much cheaper and easier to jut gonto the dollar tree and look up axticities on google. Youl lsave miney and get better quality products. Plus will save the hassle of dealing with unprofessional customer service through this company.

We are an insanely busy family with a challenging toddler. By the time we gathered supplies/came up with an activity idea then fought with our son to sit still for 5 minutes it was stressful. For this, I love the concept of it being thought out for you. My son also loves it now so those are big wins. Fine tuning suggestions….there’s not enough paint provided (July box) for all painting activities and we used a tiny amount. The foam brush is cute but it fell apart quickly. The crayons that come in the welcome box hardly write (didn’t know that could be an issue with crayons!). A few activities were lacking full instructions and would be nice to know what supplies need to be kept for future activities that month. These were small inconveniences but I’m going to be purchasing additional supplies which makes this not really all inclusive and honestly should then be a little cheaper. We will try a few more boxes hoping that’s not a consistent issue.
