My favorite Prana Kitchens spice powder. This is such a very versatile powder it can be used in various preparations from Variety Rice to Vegetable Porials/Sautés to Chutneys. It has a nutty quality with awesome flavor. It allows me to create savory dishes that I enjoy.

So fresh and flavorful
Loved the Ellu Podi on my dosas! I’ve tried it with bagel as well and you can’t wrong with this. Very flavorful and just the right amount of spice. Will definitely order again.
