Comfortable and versatile chair but has some annoyances!

I really love the lumbar support on this chair and love how it can be adjusted in several ways to fit your comfort/needs. It has definitely helped by back. However, there are a few things that are very annoying about it. First, because the head/neck support is static, it doesnt account for different lengths between lumbar and neck. I find that if the lumbar support is in the right place, the neck support is too high/pushes my head forward and vice versa. Second, the wrist supports are constantly pushing up when they hit my desk, I wish there was a way to lock them down. Third, when I get up the whole back support often lifts (because it doesn't lock in place) so I have to reset the location each time.
