I bought one for my little sister and my mother and they love it. There is visible improvement with !everyday! use even without additional hair products, though those help quite a bit with combined use.

Works great, love the adjustable settings and have had no issue with hair knotting :) Is a bit loud but ok. My cats love it and come to ask for a massage session whenever I turn it on x
