4mm Miami Cuban Link Bracelet

I have received the product(bracelet) I ordered. However it is waaaaaay too small. Being that said they are not willing to exchange or even considered return. Very disappointed & unhappy. Customer service won't communicate with you, they just offer discount for u to spend more money with them. It looks like I'm stuck but will never order from them again. Yes my sizes were wrong due to me not knowing the size of the product ordered until received but it's totally no use to me so I guess to the trash it goes. Oh well. Thanks I guess I'm stuck.
